Natasha Mikitiuk

Natasha has been with the practice since 2004. Starting out as a file clerk, she truly understands all aspects of the practice. Being the daughter of Dr. Turnure, she has been interested in healthcare since she was a little girl. Her life long love of medicine (inspired by her father) sent her to Sacramento State University to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition. In 2014 she became a Certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise. She also continues to complete additional education through the Obesity Medicine Association.

Her warm personality is especially admired by patients. She will not only help you lose weight, but will also teach you how to eat healthy and she also pays attention to the emotional aspects of unhealthy eating. Even if  you don’t need to lose weight but just want to learn how to eat right, she also offers general nutritional counseling. She has worked with children, patients that struggle with eating disorders as well as diabetics. If you are ready to change your lifestyle she can design a program that is customized for you.

Natasha is married to Emil and the mother of two boys. She enjoys traveling to the beach, going to the Farmer’s Market (with Lauren), playing basketball, attending kid’s sport events and spending time with her family. She has a passion for running and has run several marathons and is a member of Moms Run This Town (MRTT) of Rocklin. You will often find her running the trails of Auburn with her father and the boys in a jogging stroller.
